So to add the full story: June 22nd I bought a 1 month recurring membership from Ncsoft's game MxM. I canceled the recurring because I HATE recurring payments for games. Sure enough, I ended up not playing the game anymore. Fast forward, September 19th I got an email saying "Hey, we've added a new gamemode to the game, here's 2 weeks of membership, so return to the game!". I'm not really interested in the game anymore so I ignored it. This part is pretty important: I never logged into the game those 2 weeks that everyone got the free membership. Now here's the whole reason I posted this. After those 2 weeks from September 19th, on October 3rd, I got a few emails saying for thanks for your purchase. When that 2 weeks of membership ran out, I got charged $10 for a recurring membership. I havnt played the game since July, and havnt bought stuff since June. So I opened a claim with PayPal, and after a few days it was denied. I have no idea what to do, I literally was charged $10 by a company I havnt used in 3 months. I have no idea if it'll charge me again, and I'm afraid they got away with stealing $10 from me. Am I out of luck or is there still something I can do? (Its not like I'm trying to just get my money back or anything, I've spent a small amount of *cough* over a $100 on that game in total when I was playing it, but this is totally different.
