Because this is an extraordinary situation, and the service hasn’t been received yet. It’s not like we’ve bought a pair of shoes and they’re not right, this is for a service that a lot of people will be outside of the 180 day limit because they book holidays in advance Monarch even offered a £10 discount if booked through PayPal.
