The payment was cancelled by the person I sent it to and was confirmed cancelled by PayPal on both his and my PayPal account yesterday. Today, PayPal took the money out of my bank even though the transaction was cancelled. I just created a dispute with PayPal and it was denied because the transaction was cancelled. If the transaction was cancelled and confirmed by PayPal on both ends, why did PayPal take the money out of my account? PayPal's actions has now created issues with bank fees that should not have occurred.
