After I managed to actually speak to someone, who was very helpful, I escalated the claim (because there was no point waiting for a response from bankrupt Monarch) and have been refunded in full -- fairly quickly I have to say, so no complaints there. Without having been able to speak to someone however, I'm not sure I would have got anywhere following the auomated links. ... Success. I got to speak to someone with little waiting time. Very Helpful, he logged my claim which I had been unable to do on the 'Resolutions' section. E-mail acknowledgement of logged claim received, and I now have to wait a few days for a response and perhaps escalate the claim. ... View more
