Greetings, I made a paypal payment via an automatic payment from a credit union account. The payment was confirmed. The credit union account had insufficent funds and I got an email message from paypal telling me. They asked me to fund the account. However, this account is out of state and I can not do that. I want to change the funding source to a credit card. How do I do this? Thanks,
