I stayed on the phone with e-bay for about 3 hours trying to resolve. When you add up all my sales on e-bay, deduct paypay charge, deduct shipping charges and come with a grand total due to me, I am being paid $38.52 short. Nobody can or will explain this to me. A guy named Jeremy told me that I authorized a company to deduct $38.52 from my account so I called the company. They had no idea what he was talking about. They had been paid 1 time for my purchase (paid on pay-pal credit) but they never deducted anything from my account. I talked to one lady and told her, if you take my total sales, deduct pay pal fees, shipping charges, you will have a net due me. She said she needed a calculator and I was on hold about 20 mintues before she came back and told me couldn't do what I ask her. I'm at my wits end. I give up. If I'm wrong, just explain it to me. My background is a bookkeeper. I know what I am doing. I will never use pay-pal credit again. Any ideas of a next step? Thanks.
