Oh, well, I;ve never filed a complaint before. I purchased an electric bicycle with 6 month no interest option with Pay Pal. The bike arrived in good shape but has never worked. I have a steady stream of communication via email and voice and they have been very willing to send parts that they think may get it running. However, it still does not run at all and my six months keeps getting closer. They are in British Columbia and I in Florida. The 4 times we have tried to make new parts work have taken all the time since the bike arrived here. It still does not even turn on. I am exhausted mentally with the entire experience and have asked them to accept that this is a LEMON and send me a new bike, or refund my debt to Pay Pal and let this nightmare end. I hope for some clarification of any options by the community.
