someone has recently purchased something (not on ebay) and had decided to pay through PayPal, as they sent the money through i checked my PayPal and there was nothing, not even a notification, however I did receive an email, on the email it stated I should send PayPal the tracking number so I did, I've waited and still nothing, no email back, nothing on PayPal, no money? please can someone respond?
