The seller was taking too long (3 weeks) to issue an RA for a defective item. I opened a PP dispute. Now the seller says I have to close the dispute to proceed with an exchange. But, if I close the dispute PP says I forfeit any future dispute. I have no confirmation the seller will accept the return.
