It's several months since this intial post and I'm getting the same error the OP had (have been for over a week). I use a different browser, same problem. I called customer service and basically they 'checked things' and didn't see any problems, just told me to try later...days later, still having the problem. Very frustrating since I was on the phone for a very long time. I'll have to call back and try again, but sheesh.
