I made a new account on Paypal because I shifted countries and wanted to buy something on swappa.com. However, it would not let me purchase when I tried by giving the error 'Sorry, unable to complete transaction'. So I went ahead and used the paypal website to pay via debit card without an account on the billing page, and got a recipt via email. I want to know if either a) This transaction has buyer proection b) I can integrate this transaction into my account to keep as record and for (a) above. I don't really think I could be scammed as I did ensure it was a seller of good reputation, but I want to know for future cases and as a safety measure
