I accepted a partial refund and it's showing up on my statement that it was issued but I haven't actually had it in order to withdraw it into my bank. It was not payed by paypal credit but my own money from my account. It has not shown up on my bank statement either. It was issued on the 8th September 2017 and its now the 27th of September. Where is my refund?
