I linked a payment I recieved to my bank account. Pay pal deposited an amount in my account to check for fraud. I put in the wrong amount on my screen and now I am shut out of my account and can't get my money. I put in the wrong amount because my business manager takes care of my bank account and she gave me the wrong amount deposited. I want to start over but pay pal wont' let me. How do I start over?
