This was the response I got off PayPal regarding this company Michael2:47 PM Hi Karen, thank you for contacting PayPal. We do keep a close eye on the amount of disputes that are opened against a merchant and take action when we see a high amount of claims, or an escalation in the amount of claims, opened against a seller. The case was still filed as a Non Receipt case. I have updated it to the correct Significantly Not As Described one. We will take over from here and deal directly with the seller on your behalf. We allow the seller a maximum of 10 days to get back to us. We will update you as soon as we hear back from them. If we don’t hear back from them, the case should automatically close in your favor, with the funds reversed back to your bank. If we do ask you to return an item for a full refund, we look to assist with the cost of the returning it. I will add details below about Return Shipping on Us. Hi Annie Don't give up, I kept messaging PayPal asking them to investigate this company, I also asked them to check out this thread as it's interesting reading. I pointed out how as customers our rights are being ignored. This company is clearly doing bait & switch and your helping them, guess what I got a full refund without returning the goods. ... I have been working hard to solve this problem for you. I have negotiated with the person in charge of the company many times to resolve this issue, and our company is ultimately willing to increase your compensation to 65% of the total order amount. Well my dog pool turned up yesterday. I ordered a 160x30 and I received what can only be described as a water bowl. I Contacted them and was offered 40% refund and told I must ensure parcel is returned undamaged, also due to COVID apparently going out is very inconvenient and international flights have been cancelled and customs of various countries have accumulated large amounts of goods, so it's become very troublesome to return goods to China. Me too, still fighting to get a measly 50% of my money back, I refuse to return at my cost as they supplied the wrong which also appeared used. Only way to get a full refund is sending the item at a cost of over $20. emails back & forth, parrot fashion responses offering an extra 10% refund each time, PayPal we're supposed to make a decision on my case 23/6, guess what they extended for another week.
