It seems like after all these years with Paypal, it simply stopped being Human. I am stuck without a car, having got new tires at Firestone. Walking in the cold and now I have to learn to take a bus to Firestone to beg to get my car back... No logical response from PAYPAL. I just read the agreement, and they have walked the line.,,,, Can any human help? Oh yes the manager stayed an extra hour just for me, but had no choice as Paypal refused to release 1.00 out of my account. Trust, me, my bank is trying to figure this out too.
