I tried making a purchase on my PayPal account. The transaction was denied. I called my credit card company and they said my address was incorrect. I went back and checked the address on PayPal and the site I was trying to make a purchase on and my address was NOT incorrect. I put in my husband's credit card. I was able to complete a few more purchases and then got denied on a transaction for the same reason. What is going on?
