Can anyone tell me if the following scenario is possible: My mum - who does not have a paypal account - wants to make a small one-off payment through paypal. This would be funded by me sending the money to her paypal account from mine and then the payment would be taken from hers (for various reasons I am not able to make a direct payment for her). So I suppose the real question is, is it possible for her to open an account without adding any card or bank details (she has reason to believe her computer is not secure) and do the transaction in this way?
