I have promotional and regular PayPal Credit purchases. I just made a payment, even though no payment was required. My latest statement says I need to make a payment next month, even though my latest payment more than covers my regular purchases. And while I can quickly determine the status of my promotional purchases, the regular purchases included in the billing/payment cycle are not. I'm simply told that a minimum payment is due and that to avoid interest charges I can pay another amount. There is no detail accompanying this info. Unfortunately, I have to work to find it -- a negative hit on user experience. Bottom line, I want sufficient summary info to make payment decisions, and I want the means to allocate payments between promotional and regular credit purchases. Am I missing something?
