I recently purchased a painting. A couple of days later I recieved an unexpected bill. I asked the artist to cancel my order. Reluctantly he did. It had been nearly a month since then, so I opened a case after he did not respond to my emails or FB messages. I finally (yesterday) get a FB message asking if I had received the refund. My resonse...no. His response to that was that my payment is shown as pending, so he can't refund it. What do I do?
