Hello, I have recently unsuccesfully tried to purchase from barnes and noble website, but a message reading: Refused due to risk model (PayPal account not authorized) appeared. The problem I want to resolve is that even though that message appeared, PayPal still has TWO pending transactions from B&N, because I tried checkout twice) and there is no way to cancel it! There is no cancel button for either transaction and with no actual order going through B&N, there is no point in having those pendig transactions. Please help me!
