Why paypal is giving zero support to seller ? I have fraud buyer. Who purchase 2 application from our company 2 month ago than now he raised claim because we are not accepting his new project with low budget. He has already uploaded & promoted application developed by us before 2 month. Main thing we had delivered him application on same day of receiving payment. Now in my paypal account balance is -370 USD because of fraud buyer & I have to quit from paypal because of no seller protection. Paypal should block account of buyers like this. Thank You. ... I had a deal with one of my client from the other country who hired me on skype to develope an android application for him, i developed an android app for him, and given a source code to him on dropbox, after that he paid me my money on paypal. now after 2 months, he raises a claim that he didn't issued an item, and requested for a full refund and open a dispute. now i already submitted the source code, so i dont have any shipping or tracking information. now how to refuse for that claim? any help will be appreciated.   ...
