Dear community, I have completed an order but the payment status is still pending. My paypal account is charged but in the status is written ''This is a temporary authorization to make sure your payment method will cover the payment. Your payment method will be charged when SELLER. completes your order.'' the seller informed me he cannot collect the funds. My credit card which is connected with PayPal account is valid and has an approval number for this transaction but the seller cannot collect its money. Could anyone tell me why this is happening?
