I need to increase the amount that i pay for an annual subscrition and, whilst here seems to be plenty of advice as to how to cancel, there's nothing telling me how to change it. I've gone into manage pre-approved payments and can call up the details but am unable to change them and, after 2-3 hours of trying, I've given up! Can somebody advise please?
