So what you're saying is that you're gonna mark it as an "unauthorized" transaction even though it wasn't and you're just lying at that point. Also, its against the terms of serivice to purchase goods through "friends and family" anyway........ And to be honest, I don't really know how you can prove it was considered fraud. You're both in the wrong and to be honest, I don't think you're ever gonna get your money back.
