I have recently purchased shoes from an online business at the cost of £120 (£110.00 + £10 p&p). The shoes arrived and the wrong style had been sent. I have requested a replacement and the seller advises me that I must bear the cost of return postage which is £4.40. Bearing in mind they have already charged me £10 for postage that cost them £4.40 and it is their mistake by sending the wrong shoes, should I have to pay the return postage costs or can I claim my original £120 payment plus the £4.40 cost to return them? If so, how do I add £4.40 to my claim for a refund? Thank you. Tony.
