I have been told that I can block payments from Non-US Paypal accounts to keep international buyers using freight forwarders from buying my stuff, but I have yet to be able to figure out how to do it? From what I have looked up doing my own searches, it seems that you can only have this option and other more detail oriented options if you sign up for a Business account?   Which I do not mind doing, but I could also not find a definitive answer on whether or not there are any increased fees over my current personal account if I do so? Additionally, when I go to the sign up page to upgrade to a Business account, it asks me for the "Legal business name". Well, I am just starting out and I do not have any business name. Someone advised me that I could just "make one up", but that did not seem correct.   If anyone can please give me any guidance I would very much appreciate it... I am just NOT willing to sell my products to international buyers who are trying to circumvent the fact that I do not sell internationally by buying my good and wanting them shipped to a freight forwarder. ... I sold an item I had listed on ebay for about $250, and the buyer has a confirmed address but where it says "Payment from" it indicates to me "The sender of this payment is Non-U.S. - Unverified)"   The payment is still pending, but I just do not like the way any of this looks. The ebay account is also less than a week old with no feedback.   I think I understand what this means, but my question is whether or not I should be worried even if the payment clears? I will obviously send it with tracking and signature confirmation, but what else can I do or should I do to protect myself?   I have read too many horror stories of people being scammed on ebay as sellers and I do not want to end up on the receiving end of that. To complicate matters further, the address is in Florida, with all the hurricane stuff going on it just makes me even me more weary right now. ... View more
