I have tried several times to change the primary email address on my account. It is still showing as my old email address from several years ago, which no longer exists. The system allows you to add new or delete existing addresses, but won't allow you to change the primary address to my new email address. Any suggestions please before I tear my hair out .... What little I have left!!
