Buyer bought product off of ebay and sent payment using paypal. I sent item in mail and received email from ebay saying buyer was not verified then my paypal account became negative bc they claim they never got product. I do not have tracking number, item was sent same day as I received payment. From my understanding, I cant do anything without tracking number and I cant take my bank account off of my paypal account until negative balance is resolved. Is there anything I can do?
