someone tried to send me money but he is receiving a message "This recipient accepts PayPal payments only through their website. To complete this payment, please go to their website and follow their instructions, or email the recipient for instructions". ---the option to block payments sent the Send Money tab is also unchecked." --- also receive multiple payments from same user id option is also checked -- i called paypal 2 times they said "now you will be able to receive the payments" and they even emailed me that i can receive now but i still can't.
