When I log into my PayPal account, up until ten minutes ago there was shown there is an open conflict on my main account page, but nothing was open and the ticket I did open was in closed and finished. I requested a refund, and PayPal payed me back and I got my money back again, but when I open the transaction, it tells me there is an open conflict to this transaction, now when I open the conflicts tab I cannot find anything open. Will it stand there even after the conflict is resolved? Can I freely use the money now?
