Had a payment dishonored by PayPal for insufficient funds in my bank account. This left has left my PayPal account at -$150.45. I set up a bank transfer to fix the issue, however while that transfer is processing PayPal attempted to take the money from my account again, this time succeeding however it hasn't fixed the negative balance which has been left at $150.45, so when the bank transfer does go through it will presumably leave me having paid double the price for what I have purchased. How can I resolve this issue?
