I have had a PayPal business account for several months with over one hundred successful, complaint-free transactions. Today, I attempted to install the PayPal Here application on my iPhone. I completed the entire setup and IMMEDIATELY after clicking submit, received a message stating I was ineligible to use PayPal Here. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I called PayPal customer service and the agent was incredibly rude, suggesting that I should let my card reader sit in a drawer and collect dust, as I would never be able to apply for resubmission for PayPal Here. Customer service agent was also unable to provide ANY details whatsoever as to why my application for PayPal Here would have been denied. This is incredibly frustrating given the need to be able to process credit card payments in person as part of my business. Thanks in advance!!
