my automatic payment for eBay came in and paypal used my checking account as the payment method not my paypal balance. I did not have enough in my checking account to cover the payment so they returned it to paypal and charged me 25.00. I had enough in my paypal balance to cover the payment. 1 why didn't paypal use my balance. 2 how can i get paypal to cover the 25.00 fee that their mistake cost me? any help would be appreciated. ironically the day before this happened i had transferred money from paypal to the same bank account, if paypal had used my balance this would not have happened or if the transfer had been processed faster it would not have happened . if no one has any suggestions how about a way to contact paypal? besides the phone number they give
