I've been trying to make an order online but it didn't go through and it declined my order. So I had to pay it outside of paypal. The question is, I have 2 emails from Paypal saying "Thanks for your order at Walmart.com. Money won't leave your account until Walmart.com processes your order." and I'm wondering if I'm going to have to open a dispute? My paypal account statement does not show these 2 transaction. I'm confused!
