Getting this error while send payment from bank account. We are sorry, but we could not complete this payment, because it has been denied by the card issuer. Please retry with a different card or funding option to continue with the payment. tried to call and the wait time was 52 minutes !!!!! got someone after 35 minutes and then the line disconnected !!!!!!!
