I made a $210 purchase on eBay last month. The seller reneged and yesterday eBay sent me a refund. Yet the money is nowhere to be found. The purchase was made with Paypal credit. The $210 refund (though it shows as a payment?) from eBay shows as complete in my transaction history, yet the $210 is neither in my balance nor in my Paypal credit account. HELP.
