Exactly , this is CRAZY PAYPAL holding our money! The shipping comes out of pocket. I don't understand this at all, I was OK with having to pay Fee's to both Paypal & Ebay, but I think we should be using craigslist or something better out there???? I bet they are getting interest on it while it sits up to 21 days or more. When I buy something I want the money to go to the seller that's how it works. I called in and also complained, we all should do that or get together for some class action.....
