I was charged $10 when i requested a transfer. While waiting for the transaction i didnt have the 10 because i used my card recently throughout the time waiting. Then once that happened it put my card in the negatives. And then after that I was charged another $30 from paypal for no reason. I dont know why paypal took the 10 from my account knowing i didnt have it. and then the extra 30 came from nowhere. I have tried doing refunds and emailing paypal but theyre neber helpful. Can anybody help?
