Hello.I have made 2 withdrawes from my account on 31/7 and 1/8.The money has yet to come to my account.Visa doesnt know of these transactions. After this 2 withdraws,I have successfully withdrawed many times and everything was tip top. So far,these 2 transactions are missing,not on my credit card statement nor in my bank account. I can provide the necessary documents if needed(credit card statements,bank statements) which could verify the information i have given. I have talked to the support in my country(Israel) and I have received a message from your costumers service on my email saying that they cant return me the money since It has already on my account,which is not,and i can prove. Please,help me.Its 1300$.Not small amount of cash,monthly salary.
