I have not recieved good I ordered and paid for over a month ago. I've opened a claim in the resolution centre. I have a message from the seller but I can't open it as it tells me there's an error at their end. This is typical of this merchant, I have tried to get my money refunded for a long time via email but I get a standard response - to be patient. No tracking is available and the telephone number supplied is unobtainable
