I have the same problem and have been on the phone with 2 reps and a "manager." Given the total run-around each time. The first time I was assured that the problem would be resolved within 24 hours. The reps have absolutely no clue what they are talking about so I asked to speak to a manager (Trevor) who was very condescending and rude. Basically told me there is nothing I can do. I have been a customer since 2002 and I have already sent them my license, utility bill and several other explanations to verify my identity. My phone is showing that it is verified on their website. When I call the recording verifies my phone. My phone is definitely in my name. I even created a security key. This is ridiculous. Has anyone had any luck solving this problem? I am unable to purchase anything via Paypal. ... View more
