Hi, The account concerned is a Business Paypal account United States Because I have not been in France for several years. But I'm in Europe right now. I learn English. Sorry for my english is not very correct. Paypal has restricted my business account simply because I wanted to put money on my Paypal deposit. Yes, you read correctly. I made a purchase via Paypal. But I should have paid by CB. Finally, I wanted to make a transfer of my account My account Paypal (because I have payments Recurring via Paypal). In short, limited account ... My service agent says : it usually just takes you sending your Cert of Incorporation, EIN letter, passport scan and a US office lease I sent everything ... They ask me for proof of identity, proof of residence, proof of number Of social security. For the proof of identity, it is ok but for the other 2, It never goes. Imagine, I am at 18 documents. They have all the documents Which prove my identity, bank statement, IRS letter, EIN and I pass I don't understand and there is something to be disappointed It drags on like this and it is exhausting to always explain. And in addition, they send me a constant message when I contact them and finally, I receive a satisfaction survey while my account is still Restricted ... I have the impression that they do not care about me. In short, I turn in circles and I see no solution. If someone from Paypal could help me solve this problem, Really it would be nice ... and would take away a big concern   PS :I have my company in the USA. I also pay for my office in the USA.
