Can a scammer(the buyer), fraudulently pay me using PayPal? All that is needed to send money from one PayPal Account to another is an email address , Right! If someone deposits money in my PayPal account, via "send money", a PayPal service, and If I transfer that money to my bank account Before the sale items are picked up, what could go wrong. I am selling a camper and truck. After posting On Louisiana Sportsman, Facebook, and Craigslist, I received this text on my phone. They text- I'm interested in buying this, what is the condition and bottom price? 25’ Prowler $(Posted Price) My reply- $(Quoted Price) without the truck, the campers in great condition, it's sweet. They text- I Am David how long have you been using it, do you bought it new, and why are you selling it, I mean no insult I hadn't replied yet, then, They text- I would like to buy it, but I can't make it there with cash or to check it out, I will pay you through PayPal and the freight company will pick up after you receive payment and do you have PayPal account? My reply- Where did you see the post, I updated the pictures. They text- louisianasportsman.com. Do you have PayPal account? I have yet to reply! Is this a scammer and how will they proceed if it is?
