Hi I have just started to sell on ebay and I had 2 problems both refunds this adds up to like 95 and paypal took 95 out of my account instantly and added two people to the pending section both were the people I had to pay back so I was then on -95 I then got money from a friend which gave me 40 pound this took one of the pending payments and then I added money from my back now I am on around 4 pound does this mean paypal have paid what I owed or not
