I bought a defective item and I reported it to the seller and he finally after getting paypal involved agreed to refund my money but both he and Paypal say that II have to pay return shipping. I opened the first dispute a couple of weeks ago after  using Paypal since 2000 and I am not sure what I do now. The seller has not responded even after me opening the dispute. Now what do I do?
