Hi I purchased a wardrobe from Dunelm online after a week I rang them to find out when it was going to be dispatched only to find out they didn't have any in stock when I paid so they offered me a refund as it will be a while before they got more in stock. They did refund the purchase price but not the delivery price which was £9.95 so came back as a partial refund. Please what can I do? I have looked at the resolution section but doesn't seem to cover this. Many thanks. Dan
