I have lost count how many times I have tried to resolve the issue of Paypal not recognising my new mobile number. I use the SMS alert system or should i say used to use it.........now I cant because Paypal still says they are sending me a password to my old number. All of the settings have been changed by me and by Paypal but nothing has changed......Very frustrating...so I am now thinking I should close my paypal account and set up a new one....but may have problems doing that too.....Can someone please help and advise....Thank you
