So I sent money to someone and they accpeted it and it went to their bank no problem. Then I get an email that the funds were not in my account. That was my fault. Poor planning. I understand pay pal will try again in 2 days. My question is, will anything happen to the other persons account that accepted the money??? Does paypal try and take it out of their account?
