I'm setting up a UK eccommerce website for a customer using woocommerce. In order to use Paypal they need a Business account. It's a new company, with two partners running it. Should one of them convert their paypal account to a business one and should we use that one and pay the other partner from proceeds paid into there? Or should they start a brand new completely seperate Paypal account just for the business with both of their names on it?
