How can I find a seller's rating in Paypal. I misunderstood the complaint process and missed the deadline. I thought it said to work with the seller and AFTER 45 days you should report it. I was beleiving that the "Flash My Brain" company would actually honor its "Money Back Guarantee" in Paypal like their email said. Numerous emails and phone calls later - and NOTHING. I can't seem to re-open the complaint - because it was filed too late. Help!! Where can I find a seller rating. At this point, I am beginning to beleive the Paypal guarantee is pretty worthless.
